Processing Time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies by item. Each product listing includes estimated processing times. Most orders are prepared within 3–7 business days before dispatch.
Delivery
We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Australian orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days of dispatch. International orders may take 2–4 weeks.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Grizzly Bear Surf is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

We use secure payment processing. All transactions are encrypted and protected.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
Return and exchange eligibility varies by item. Please check the individual product listing for specific details. As our products are print-on-demand, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind — but we will always make it right if there's a problem with your order.
Cancellations
We gladly accept order cancellations. Please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@grizzlybearsurf.com with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it out quick smart.
Exchanges
We're happy to help with size exchanges where possible. Get in touch before sending anything back and we'll work out the best solution for you.
