Terms of Service

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We do our best to display accurate product descriptions, colours and imagery, but as our items are print-on-demand, slight variations can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update or discontinue products at any time.

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed by Stripe and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; in such cases any payment taken will be refunded.

Delivery timeframes, returns eligibility and cancellation windows are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded.

All content on this site — including logos, designs, artwork, product imagery and text — is owned by or licensed to Grizzly Bear Surf and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grizzly Bear Surf is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products purchased. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time you place an order.
